How We Think About Every Watch
Assess First
Every watch is assessed before any work is agreed. We identify what needs attention and share our findings with you. Nothing proceeds without your approval.
Work Carefully
A single technician handles your piece throughout. Tools and lubricants are appropriate to the calibre. No shortcuts are taken where they would affect the outcome.
Document Everything
Condition reports, timing results, and part records are provided with mechanical services. You leave with a complete picture of what was done and why.
Service 01
Mechanical Movement Servicing

A full inspection and care routine for mechanical and automatic watches. We disassemble the movement, clean each component using an ultrasonic process, replace worn parts where needed, lubricate all contact surfaces, and recalibrate timing. Suited for owners of vintage or daily-wear mechanical pieces. Typical turnaround is two to three weeks, and the service includes a written condition report and water-resistance check.

Battery & Quartz Care Package

Ideal for everyday timepieces that need reliable, low-fuss upkeep. Most pieces are ready within a few days, with the option to bundle light polishing if the owner wishes.

Heritage Restoration Project

Covers movement rebuilding, dial refinishing where appropriate, case and crystal restoration, and careful sourcing of period-correct parts. Each project is paced to the piece, with regular updates shared with the owner and a detailed record of all work performed.

Technical Standards We Maintain
Secure Workshop Storage
Watches are stored in locked, climate-regulated cabinets throughout the service period. Bangkok's humidity is accounted for in how we store and handle every piece.
Calibre-Appropriate Lubricants
We use lubricants matched to each movement type and age. The wrong lubricant causes as many problems as no lubricant at all — we take this seriously.
Photographic Intake Record
Every watch is photographed at intake — case, dial, and crystal. This protects both parties and provides a clear baseline for the condition report.
Calibrated Pressure Testing
Our pressure testing equipment is maintained and calibrated regularly. Water-resistance ratings stated by manufacturers are verified, not assumed, after service.
Break-In Before Final Timing
Mechanical movements run on a winder for at least 48 hours after reassembly before final timing is confirmed. This is not a step that should be skipped to save time.

Client information is used only for service management and communication. We don't share your contact details with third parties or use them for marketing without consent.
